With 10 years in the Army, Kieran built a foundation of discipline, resilience, and a no-excuses mindset that still drives everything he does today.
After his military career, he pushed his limits through natural bodybuilding and ultra marathons — developing both strength and extreme endurance while staying committed to clean, sustainable performance. Those experiences taught him how to balance intensity with consistency, and how to perform when it matters most.
Now, as a HYROX athlete competing across Europe, Kieran combines strength, conditioning, and functional fitness into a hybrid approach built for real-world performance. His focus is simple: continuous progression, mental toughness, and leading by example.
